Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Welcome to Vorexon.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of vorexonrc.com, as well as the sales and services offered on this site. The Vorexon store is operated by Patrick Lisnard under the trading name Vorexon. Sales made on the site are concluded between the customer and Patrick Lisnard, operator of Vorexon. Vorexon uses the Shopify platform to operate its online store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies available on the site, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
1. Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its operation, fraudulently access parts of the site, or use the Services in a way that may infringe the rights of Vorexon or third parties. Information provided when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us must be accurate, complete and up to date.
2. Products
Vorexon sells parts, accessories and equipment for radio-controlled vehicles. We aim to present products as accurately as possible. Essential characteristics, dimensions, compatibility, variants and other available information are indicated on product pages. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen used. When compatibility with a particular model, scale or vehicle is indicated, the customer is invited to verify this information before ordering. References to third-party brands or models are used in particular to indicate product purpose or compatibility and do not mean that Vorexon is officially affiliated with, approved by or sponsored by those brands unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Orders
Before confirming an order, the customer must check the selected products, variants and quantities, price, any shipping costs, contact details, and billing and delivery addresses. An order is recorded after payment validation and order confirmation. A confirmation is sent to the contact details provided. In the event of exceptional unavailability, an obvious error or inability to fulfill an order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. Any amount charged for a product that ultimately cannot be supplied will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
The prices applicable are those displayed on the site when the order is placed. Any shipping costs are shown before final confirmation and payment. Payment is made using the solutions offered during checkout. Transactions may be processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered on the store. Vorexon may change prices at any time; subsequent changes do not affect an order already confirmed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery conditions, estimated times, served areas, applicable charges and tracking information are detailed in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Some orders containing several items may be shipped in several packages and delivered on different dates. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In the event of a delay or delivery problem, the customer may contact our customer service so the necessary checks can be carried out.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
The conditions applicable to returns, the right of withdrawal and refunds are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. Where the right of withdrawal applies to a distance sale, the consumer generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of the decision to withdraw, subject to exceptions provided by law. After notification, the consumer has the applicable statutory period to return the product. The precise procedures, return costs and refund conditions are stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
The customer is invited to inspect the order upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, incomplete, non-conforming or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact Vorexon so the situation can be reviewed. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to facilitate processing. This procedure does not limit rights arising from applicable statutory warranties.
8. Statutory warranties
Consumers benefit from statutory warranties provided by applicable law.
Statutory warranty of conformity
The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods sold. For the goods concerned, the consumer may benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity for two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity under the conditions provided by law, including repair or replacement where possible. This must be done at no cost to the consumer. In the situations provided by law, the consumer may also be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract. The seller remains responsible for this warranty vis-à-vis the customer and cannot require the consumer to contact the manufacturer directly.
Warranty against hidden defects
The consumer also benefits from the statutory warranty against hidden defects when the conditions provided by law are met. Depending on the situation, this warranty may allow the customer to return the product for a refund or keep it and obtain a price reduction. These statutory warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty offered by a manufacturer or third party.
9. Product compatibility and use
Some RC parts require precise compatibility with a model, scale, version or configuration. The customer is invited to check the compatibility information on the product page before installation. Vorexon cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable modification, improper use or deliberate installation of an incompatible part when the supplied product conforms to the order. This does not limit consumer rights where the product is defective, non-conforming or compatibility information supplied by the seller is incorrect.
10. Intellectual property
Texts, editorial content, logos, graphic elements and other elements specific to Vorexon on the site may not be reproduced or exploited without authorization where they are protected by intellectual property rights. Trademarks, names, logos and other elements belonging to manufacturers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners. The sale or presentation of products compatible with a third-party brand does not mean that Vorexon is officially affiliated with, approved by, sponsored by or endorsed by that brand unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Third-party services and tools
Some services necessary for operation of the store are provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment and logistics providers. Use of certain features may be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Personal data protection
The collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. Vorexon uses Shopify to operate its online store. In this context, certain data necessary for operation of the site, payment, order management, fraud prevention and delivery may be processed by Shopify and the service providers necessary to perform the Services.
13. Accuracy of information
Vorexon aims to keep information published on the site accurate and up to date. If an obvious error concerning a price, availability, characteristic or delivery information is identified, we may correct the information. If the error affects an order already placed, the customer will be informed so that an appropriate solution can be offered in accordance with applicable law.
14. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited in particular to use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes, transmit malware, attempt to bypass security measures, impersonate a person or company, deliberately provide false or misleading information, or infringe intellectual property rights or third-party rights.
15. Site availability
We aim to ensure the accessibility and proper operation of the store. Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur, including for technical, maintenance or security reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
16. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated to reflect changes to the site, Services or applicable law. The version in force is the version published on the site at the date of consultation. Changes do not retroactively affect orders already concluded unless required by law.
17. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer in the consumer's country of residence. These Terms do not limit the consumer's statutory rights under applicable law.
18. Complaints and consumer mediation
In the event of a difficulty concerning an order, the customer is invited to contact Vorexon first to seek an amicable solution.
Email: lpvalo75@gmail.com
In accordance with applicable law, a consumer may also use a consumer mediator free of charge after first submitting a written complaint to the seller and if the dispute could not be resolved directly. Details of the consumer mediator designated by the seller must be communicated to the consumer in accordance with applicable law.
