Terms of Sale
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed on vorexonrc.com.
The store is operated by Patrick Lisnard under the trading name Vorexon.
Products
Vorexon mainly offers parts, accessories and equipment for radio-controlled vehicles. Essential product characteristics, dimensions, variants and available compatibility information are shown on product pages. We aim to present products as faithfully as possible, although colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen used. References to third-party brands or vehicle models are used in particular to identify product compatibility and do not mean that Vorexon is officially affiliated with, approved by or sponsored by those brands unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices
The prices applicable are those displayed on the site when the order is placed. Any shipping costs are shown before final confirmation of the order. Vorexon may change its prices at any time; a price change has no retroactive effect on an order already confirmed.
Orders
Before confirming an order, the customer must check the selected products, variants and quantities, prices, any shipping costs, contact details and delivery address. The order is recorded after payment validation and order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent to the contact details provided at purchase. In the event of exceptional unavailability, an obvious error, or inability to fulfill all or part of an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Any amount charged for a product that ultimately cannot be supplied will be refunded.
Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout. Transactions are processed by Shopify and/or the payment providers available on the store. Information required for payment is processed in accordance with applicable security and privacy rules.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, served areas, shipping charges and tracking arrangements are detailed in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are generally 8 to 15 business days after order processing. Orders are prepared by Vorexon and may then be handled by different logistics partners. An order containing several products may be shipped in several packages and delivered on different dates. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In the event of a delay or delivery difficulty, the customer may contact Vorexon so that the necessary checks can be carried out.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform Vorexon of the decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. After communicating that decision, the consumer has the applicable statutory period to return the product. Direct return costs in the event of a simple withdrawal are borne by the customer when the customer has been informed in advance. Detailed return procedures, exceptions to the right of withdrawal and refund conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
The customer is invited to inspect the order upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, incomplete, non-conforming or different from the product ordered, the customer may contact Vorexon so that the situation can be reviewed and a solution compliant with applicable law can be offered. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to facilitate processing.
Statutory warranties
Consumers benefit from the applicable statutory warranties.
Statutory warranty of conformity
The seller is responsible for the conformity of the products sold. For the goods concerned, the statutory warranty of conformity applies for two years from delivery of the goods. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity under the conditions provided by law, including repair or replacement where possible. Bringing the product into conformity is carried out at no cost to the consumer. In the situations provided for by law, the consumer may also be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Vorexon remains the customer's point of contact for implementation of this warranty and cannot require the consumer to contact the manufacturer directly.
Warranty against hidden defects
The consumer also benefits from the statutory warranty against hidden defects when the conditions provided by applicable law are met. These statutory warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered by a manufacturer.
Part compatibility
Some RC parts require precise compatibility with a particular vehicle, scale, version or configuration. The customer is invited to check compatibility information on the product page before purchase and installation. If in doubt, the customer may contact Vorexon before ordering. The customer remains responsible for installation or modification carried out contrary to the information provided. This does not limit consumer rights where compatibility information provided on the site is incorrect or the product is defective or non-conforming.
Liability
Vorexon cannot be held liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, unsuitable modification of a product or deliberate installation of an incompatible part when the necessary information had been correctly provided. This does not limit statutory warranties or mandatory consumer rights.
Personal data
Information about the collection and processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints
For any difficulty concerning an order, the customer may contact Vorexon to seek an amicable solution.

Consumer mediation
After submitting a written complaint to the seller and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the consumer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator applicable to the seller in accordance with applicable law. The details of the mediator designated by Vorexon will be communicated in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions from which a consumer may benefit in the consumer's country of residence.
