Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, when this right applies.

Please include your order number if possible to help us process your request.

After informing us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned complete, with any accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.

You may handle the product to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may, however, be taken into account in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs

In the case of a simple change of mind or exercise of the right of withdrawal, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

When the product received is defective, damaged, non-conforming or different from the product ordered, the costs necessary to resolve the problem are not borne by the customer.

We recommend contacting us before any return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions and facilitate processing.

Damage, defects or order errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, non-conforming or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and, where useful, photos of the product and its packaging so that we can review the situation quickly.

We will offer a solution in accordance with applicable law.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to products:

• made to the customer's specifications;
• clearly personalized;
• or covered by another exception provided for by applicable law.

These exceptions do not limit your rights when a product is defective, damaged or non-conforming.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the amounts due, including the standard initial delivery costs charged, no later than 14 days after the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may defer the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered, the additional cost is not refunded.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise and without additional fees.
