Shipping and delivery
Orders placed with Vorexon are processed by Vorexon and then entrusted to our logistics partners for delivery to the address provided when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times are generally 8 to 15 business days. They may vary depending on the destination, carrier, peak periods, possible customs checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed and paid.
Current rates are:
- France: €9.99
- European Union excluding France: €9.99
- United States: free shipping on orders of $11 USD or more. Minimum order amount for delivery to the United States: $11 USD.
- Canada and Australia: €19.99 or the equivalent in the displayed currency
Some destinations may not be served. The countries actually available are those offered during checkout.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number is provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Tracking may take a short time to become active with the carrier.
Orders containing several items
An order containing several items may be shipped in several packages when the products are handled separately by our logistics partners.
In this case, packages may be delivered on different dates without this meaning that an item is missing from the order.
Delivery address
The customer must check that their name, address and contact details are correct before confirming the order.
If there is an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.
Delays or delivery problems
If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery time or tracking shows an anomaly, contact our customer service so that we can carry out the necessary checks.
